At Suvrano, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery via email at contact@suvrano.com or WhatsApp at +91 86910111807.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized or altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange.

Size Exchange (One-Time)

• We offer a one-time size exchange per order.
• No additional fee is charged for size exchange.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability).
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued instead.

Returns (Credit Note Only)

• If you wish to return the product for a credit note, a ₹300 return processing fee will be applicable per order.
• Once the product passes our quality check, a credit note will be issued.
• The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
